The Role
As a Diagnostic Technician, you’ll be responsible for complex diagnostic, warranty and repair work across a wide range of vehicles. Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting advanced diagnostic investigations using the latest tools and software.
Completing EV and hybrid work (if qualified), plus hydraulic and safety‑critical repairs.
Accurately identifying hard‑to‑find faults and resolving them efficiently.
Supporting Apprentice Technicians with guidance and development.
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and process compliance.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a Diagnostic Technician with:
A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
A recognised diagnostic accreditation or strong diagnostic background.
Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Mechanic (brand‑qualified candidates also considered).
Strong teamwork, attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices.
A genuine desire to progress, with ongoing manufacturer training provided to keep you ahead of the latest technologies and EV requirements.Why Join?
