You won’t just be filling roles or managing a desk, you’ll be helping place leaders into positions that shape education services, influence communities, and support people who rely on them most.
You’ll join us here at Baltimore Consulting, a consultancy built on purpose, trust and care. A place where people come first, where long‑term relationships matter more than quick wins, and where your success is measured by the difference you help create.

Our specialisms range across Service Improvement, Development & Ofsted, LAC & Leaving care, Front Door (CP/CIN/ Assessment), Fostering, Adoption & Corporate Parenting, Safeguarding & QA, Commissioning, Disabilities (Physical/Mental/ Learning) and Early Help, Youth Services & Troubled Families, Transformation, Programme and Project management.

Your role will involve:
Building and owning a 360 desk within Children’s Services, focused on senior interim and permanent appointments
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, shaped by market intelligence and genuine partnership
Delivering end‑to‑end recruitment for roles carrying real responsibility and public impact
Proactively mapping markets, engaging hard‑to‑reach candidates and developing new opportunities
Working within a coaching‑first culture that prioritises quality, wellbeing and sustainable success
Who we’re looking for:
This role suits someone who believes recruitment should be values‑led, not volume‑driven.
A proven background in 360 recruitment, with consistent billing and account growth
Experience winning new business through credibility
A consultative, people‑first approach and strong professional integrity
A genuine drive to keep learning and to make a meaningful difference through your work
What you’ll find here:
We’ve designed an environment for people who want to do great work and do it well, for the long term:
A clear, individual career development roadmap
Uncapped commission that fairly reflects your contribution
36 days holiday (30 days + 6 additional days) plus bank holidays
Weekly training, dedicated gym time, duvet days and wellbeing support
Daily, weekly, Monthly and annual incentives and leaders who actively invest in your growth
This is a role for those who want purpose, balance and longevity; be you, change lives.
