The Role

Due to continued growth, Dewey Group is seeking a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support the delivery of skilled and professional personnel across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from small and medium-sized schemes to the UK's largest infrastructure developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, resourcing, construction, engineering, or workforce coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Source, identify and attract suitable candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media and networking activities.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of skilled operates and relevant candidates.

* Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, qualifications, availability and suitability for client requirements.

* Coordinate candidate registrations, compliance checks, references and right-to-work documentation.

* Match candidates to vacancies across a wide range of civil engineering, ground engineering, piling and infrastructure projects.

* Maintain accurate records within the company CRM and candidate database.

* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

* Support Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers with project mobilisation and workforce planning.

* Monitor candidate availability and proactively manage workforce requirements for live and upcoming projects.

* Assist with advertising vacancies and promoting opportunities across relevant recruitment channels.

* Ensure all recruitment activities are delivered in line with company procedures and industry compliance requirements.

Requirements

Essential

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management systems.

* Self-motivated, resilient and capable of working within a busy team environment.

Desirable

* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, administration, workforce coordination or a customer-facing role.

* Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or industrial recruitment.

* Knowledge of construction qualifications and site-based roles.

* Understanding of recruitment compliance and onboarding processes.
