Your responsibilities as IT Support Apprentice
Provide customer support via telephone, email, and remote access.

Learn and apply industry-standard tools and processes.
Maintain accurate records while assisting with customer implementations/activities.
What we're looking for in an IT Support Apprentice
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Previous experience within a business-to-business working environment would be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow technical processes and work accurately.
Able to commute to the office in Aylesbury on a daily basis.
This position will be office based and you will need to live within a commutable distance to office.
