Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound enquiries, quotations and order processing
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key accounts
Delivering a high level of customer service via phone and email
Providing product support and tailored solutions to customers
Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and maximise revenueWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar commercial role
Experience managing customer relationships or key accounts
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
