The firm works closely with trustees and beneficiaries to preserve and grow capital over the long term, with a disciplined and considered approach to investment strategy.
Your new role
This is a broad role, which includes supporting the management of a portfolio of family and charitable trusts. The role combines day-to-day administration with trust accounting and tax responsibilities, working closely with senior team members to ensure compliance, accuracy and high service levels for trustees and beneficiaries.
Key Duties:

Managing day-to-day trust administration, including payments, income distributions and maintaining accurate records
Preparing trust accounts and supporting tax compliance, including income tax, CGT and IHT reporting
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, stockbrokers and other professional advisers, drafting correspondence as required
Monitoring and reconciling bank accounts, cashflows and income payments across trust portfolios
Supporting wider trust operations, including beneficiary reporting, file management and ad hoc project workWhat you'll need to succeed

Knowledge of trust accounting systems such as CCH (Trust Accounts, Central, Viztopia and Accounts Production) effectively, with any exposure to US tax considered advantageous
Ideally, ACCA qualified (if you are qualified by experience please still get in touch)What you'll get in return
