Machine Setter
Location: Droitwich
Pay Rate: £12.96–£13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am and 6:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Machine Setter to join a well-established manufacturing company in Droitwich, specialising in the production of rubber and plastic extrusions.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion machinery for production runs.
Carry out machine changeovers and ensure machines are running efficiently.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Work closely with the production team to achieve production targets.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Machine Setter or Machine Operator within a manufacturing environment.
Experience operating and setting extrusion machinery is highly desirable.
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, proactive, and committed to producing high-quality work.

Competitive pay of £12.96–£13.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Monday to Friday working schedule (between 6:00am and 6:00pm).
