Permanent Role | Windsor & Bagshot | £40,000-£60,000+ per annum

An exceptional opportunity has become available for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teacher to support a young female adult with additional needs across home, community and Alternative Provision settings. This permanent role offers the chance for a passionate 1:1 SEN Teacher to create and deliver an individualised Functional Skills programme while supporting emotional wellbeing, independence and preparation for adulthood.
Role Information:
Position: 1:1 SEN Teacher
Location: Berkshire (Windsor & Bagshot)
Salary: £40,000-£60,000+ depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 48 hours per week (approximately 8:30am-5:30pm)
Permanent Position
Minimum of 9 weeks paid holiday each yearThe successful 1:1 SEN Teacher will assess learning needs, plan engaging Entry Level Functional Skills lessons, prepare the young person for accreditation and embed life skills throughout every aspect of learning. You'll also support community engagement, encourage independence and provide consistent one-to-one guidance in a safe, nurturing environment.
This role is ideal for a qualified teacher with QTS or QTLS and experience supporting pupils with SEND. Knowledge of autism, speech and language needs, anxiety or sensory differences would be highly beneficial, alongside a patient, positive and creative approach to teaching.
