Customer Service Advisor

About the Role

Our client is a well-established and growing business looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. This is a busy and varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and efficient service via telephone and email. You'll play an important part in ensuring enquiries are handled effectively, orders are processed accurately, and customers receive a positive experience throughout their journey.

* Based in Epsom

* c£27,000 salary

* Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm

* Parking on site

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.

* Resolve customer issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.

* Process customer orders, requests and amendments accurately.

* Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.

* Provide customers with clear information regarding products and services.

* Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards.

* Support the wider team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

* Providing technical support, help and support

* Achieve agreed service levels and response time targets.

About You

* Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

* Confident managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload.

* Empathetic with excellent listening skills.

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Able to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

* A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.

* A practical or technical aptitude would be advantageous but is not essential.
