One of our long standing clients is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing team in Belfast on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a client‑facing role and contribute to major UK & Ireland infrastructure programmes across a variety of sectors including rail.

You'll be joining a consultancy known for delivering excellence, building long‑term relationships, and supporting career development at every stage.

⭐ The Role

You will play a key part in delivering high‑quality project management services across the full lifecycle, including:

Project & programme delivery - Ensuring best‑practice standards from inception to completion.

Client advisory - Providing guidance on cost, programme, risks and issues.

Team leadership - Managing multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Stakeholder engagement - Leading communication with clients and key stakeholders.

Reporting - Producing monthly reports, programmes, risk registers and progress updates.

Communication tools - Implementing efficient systems to support project delivery.

Delivery planning - Developing robust plans and ensuring targets are met.

Continuous improvement - Challenging existing processes and driving performance.

👤 About You

This role will suit a graduate with 2-3 years' experience, a junior/assistant project manager, or someone from a construction or consultancy background looking to progress.
You should bring:

APM/RICS qualification (working towards or achieved).

Experience leading teams in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

Strong PM best‑practice knowledge.

Pre & post‑contract understanding and ability to deliver full‑lifecycle services.

Commercial awareness-essential for this role.

NEC contract knowledge or awareness.

Experience in civil engineering, rail, water, highways, or aviation is highly desirable.
