Location: Leicester
Pay: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm, early finish Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Powder Coater looking for a steady day shift, varied work and an early finish every Friday?

We’re recruiting for an established Leicester-based sheet metal fabrication business producing bespoke and production-run metalwork. You’ll be joining a busy manufacturing team, preparing and powder coating a range of fabricated components to a high standard.

The Role

* Preparing metal components for powder coating

* Hanging, masking and cleaning parts before coating

* Applying powder coat finishes to customer specifications

* Loading and unloading curing ovens

* Checking finished products for quality and consistency

* Keeping the powder coating area clean, safe and organised

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience as a Powder Coater, Paint Sprayer or Finishing Operative

* Experience working with metal components

* Good eye for detail and finish quality

* Ability to work to production deadlines

* Reliable, hands-on approach
