Job Title: Multi Trade
Job Type: Temporary on going works
Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Rate of pay: CIS £180 per day using own van - mileage paid 20p after 25 miles

Due to securing a new contract in the Grantham area, ARC is looking for reliable and hardworking Multi Traders to join our client who specialises in social housing.

The Role:

You'll be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, including:

General repairs and maintenance
Basic plumbing and carpentry
Painting and decorating
Patch plastering
General handyman duties
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:

Experience in property maintenance or a similar trade
Multi-skilled with a good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, professional and customer-focused
Own tools preferred
