What you'll be doing
Building and managing your own recruitment desk in the social care sector.
Learning how to win new business and grow existing accounts, with full training and support.
Developing strong relationships with local services across Wales.
Sourcing, screening and preparing candidates from first conversation through to successful placement, whether in temporary assignments or permanent roles.
Keeping your online presence active so candidates and clients know you are reliable and responsive.
Delivering consistent, high-quality service in a fast‑moving environment.
What you'll bring
A willingness to learn and develop in a target-driven environment.
Confidence managing your own workload and priorities.
A calm, practical approach when plans change.
Clear, honest communication and a strong work ethic.
Ideally, you'll have access to a car and a valid driving licence for client visits, but this isn't essential.(No recruitment or sales experience needed - full training provided.)
