UK Direct Marketing Manager

Leeds - Hybrid

£45,000–£55,000 + benefits

You’ll have real autonomy to grow the direct business in the UK, backed by a corporate structure that gives you the resources to make big things happen. You’ll shape the marketing strategy your way, with the freedom to test ideas, run campaigns and see the impact of your decisions.

Hybrid working means you can plan your week around life, not the other way round. With just 2–3 days in the office, you’ll have the flexibility to focus when you need to. There’ll be travel to our other UK sites including our Kingswinford manufacturing site but your relationships will span the company.

It’s a purpose-led business, so you’ll be marketing products that genuinely improve people’s lives. That gives you a powerful story to tell and makes it easier to connect with your audiences.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, you’ll own and deliver the UK direct marketing strategy. You’ll create campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and support sustainable business growth.

Working closely with sales, digital marketing and wider business functions, you’ll develop audience-led marketing plans targeting end users, their families and supporters, occupational therapists, architects and mobility retailers.

You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering integrated campaigns across both digital and offline channels, ensuring activity is measurable, effective and aligned to business objectives. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening audience understanding, managing product launches and supporting brand development initiatives.

Using performance data and customer insight, you’ll continually optimise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

What you’ll need

· Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel lead generation campaigns

· Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, email marketing and website optimisation

· Experience managing both paid and organic social media activity

Commercial awareness with the confidence to make data-driven decisions, a proactive approach to identifying trends, opportunities and emerging marketing best practices, and experience working with agencies and/or in-house teams will also serve you well.
