Are you a strategic commercial leader looking to make a real impact in a critical infrastructure sector? We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead and shape our commercial function, driving performance, value, and growth across a dynamic portfolio of projects within the water industry.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all commercial and contractual activity, ensuring robust governance, effective risk management, and strong financial performance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will define and deliver commercial strategy, support work-winning activities, and ensure successful project delivery from tender through to completion. You will also lead and develop high-performing teams, build strong client and supply chain relationships, and embed a culture of commercial excellence, safety, and continuous improvement across the business.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within infrastructure, utilities, or the water sector
Strong knowledge of commercial management, contract law, and NEC contracts
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders
Track record of delivering profitable outcomes while effectively managing risk
Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of industry frameworks
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Relevant degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related disciplineIf you're ready to lead, inspire, and make a lasting impact in a vital sector, we'd love to hear from you.
