The Role
As the CQC Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the service consistently exceeds regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional person-centred care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Operations
Managing day-to-day service delivery.
Leading office and care teams.
Driving workforce engagement and retention.
Monitoring operational performance and KPIs.
Supporting strategic growth objectives.Quality & Compliance
Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations.
Managing audits, reviews and governance processes.
Overseeing incident management and safeguarding responses.
Ensuring robust care planning and risk assessment practices.
Maintaining inspection readiness.Workforce Management

Staff supervision and performance management.
Training and development oversight.
Managing annual leave, sickness and workforce planning.Stakeholder Management
Developing strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
Representing the organisation professionally across all external partnerships.Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Minimum three years' experience within domiciliary care.
Proven leadership and management experience.
Excellent understanding of:
Health and Social Care Act 2008.
CQC Registration Regulations.
Mental Capacity Act 2005.
Safeguarding legislation.
