Senior Site Manager - House Building
Location: West Midlands
I'm currently working with a well established house builder that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join its team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming developments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a large housing development, leading the site team from start to finish while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and programme delivery.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of a new build housing development.
Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Deliver projects safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Maintain excellent health & safety performance across site.
Coordinate with commercial, technical and customer care departments.
Ensure build quality and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or a highly experienced Site Manager within house building.
Proven track record delivering new build housing developments.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid at Work.
NHBC knowledge would be advantageous.
