Are you an enthusiastic and committed teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a talented Year 4 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach a motivated class in Lower Key Stage 2 and make a lasting impact on pupils during an important stage of their education.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging lessons, encouraging curiosity, and helping every child reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Foster a positive classroom culture where pupils feel confident, valued, and motivated to succeed.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform future planning.
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Work closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to promote positive outcomes.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and classroom standards.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with Year 4 experience desirable.
Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A commitment to providing an engaging and inclusive learning experience for every pupil.
A positive, adaptable, and professional attitude.
