Position: Estimator – Large Format Print & Signage
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid or Remote Working)

The Opportunity
An established and highly respected specialist in large format print, signage, graphics and visual communications is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join its commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of large format print production and signage.
You'll play a key role in preparing accurate quotations, supporting the sales team and helping deliver commercially competitive solutions for a wide range of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Produce accurate and timely quotations for large format print, signage and graphics projects
• Liaise with sales, project management, production and purchasing teams to obtain pricing and ensure cost accuracy
• Source materials and subcontractor costs where required
• Calculate production costs, labour and installation requirements
• Ensure quotations are commercially competitive while maintaining profitability
• Support the sales team with technical advice and cost-effective production solutions
• Maintain estimating records and pricing databases

About You
• Previous estimating experience within large format print, signage, graphics, exhibitions
• Strong knowledge of print processes, materials, finishing techniques and installation methods
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance customer expectations and business margins
• Confident communicator who works well with both internal teams and customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating/MIS systems
• Able to manage multiple quotations and meet deadlines in a busy environment
