A global Quantity Surveying consultancy with a personable culture, is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor - with healthcare experience - to their QS team in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a QS Director and team, helping to deliver an array of diverse healthcare projects including modular healthcare facilities, operation theatres, ward refurbishments and a lot more.

The director is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable taking ownership of projects, pre and post contract, and who can also undertake a client facing role where required.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Healthcare project experience is important
MRICS would be a bonus, not essential
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
A proven track record of delivering projects independently
Pre and post contract knowledge
Good client facing skillsIn Return?

£65,000 - £75,000
