The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a progressive, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy in Central London, working within a well-established cost management team that is continuing to grow.
This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who wants more than routine project delivery. The role offers the chance to work closely with clients, influence key commercial decisions, and take real ownership across a broad range of London-based schemes.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a varied project portfolio, including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, regeneration, mixed-use, and public sector developments. The consultancy offers a collaborative environment where Quantity Surveyors are trusted, supported, and given the space to progress.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also mentor junior team members, attend client meetings, and work closely with senior leadership on larger instructions. This role would suit a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for autonomy, strong project variety, and a clear route towards Associate level.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying, or a RICS-accredited equivalent
MRICS, or working towards chartership
Strong Quantity Surveying / cost consultancy experience
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
Confident with JCT contracts
Professional, commercially aware, and client-facing
Able to commute to Central London
