Accommodation Standards Team Member
Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour
Help keep the forest feeling fresh
Join our team as an Accommodation Standards Team Member. You'll help maintain and improve standards, promoting a 'right first-time' approach to deliver an outstanding guest experience and meet departmental goals.
What you'll be doing
Complete Guest Ready Checks to ensure accommodation meets company standards
Log and resolve cleaning issues where possible, escalating when needed
Report faults via the company fault reporting system
Meet targets for completed checks and guest satisfaction scores

Your working hours

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes bank holidays
About you
Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of technology
Have a motivational approach towards work
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
