Housekeeper / Cleaner - Service Excellence
Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour
Help keep the forest feeling fresh
Join our team and help maintain clean, welcoming accommodation for our guests. You'll play a key part in delivering swift and effective service recovery to help ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay.
What you'll be doing
Clean guest accommodation, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor areas
Strip and make beds to required standards
Liaise with guests to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive experience
Support smooth changeovers

Part-time contract

About you
Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with ability to drive a van
Awareness of cleanliness standards and strong attention to detail
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, approachable and a team player
