Our client, a reputable provider of social care services, is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join their welcoming team in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, supportive home and help create a positive environment for those in your care.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care in a 4-bed EBD home.
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with care standards, and supporting staff development.
Building strong relationships with service users, their families, and external professionals.
Managing rotas, recording care plans, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of care practices and team performance.
What you'll bring:
A genuine passion for social care and supporting vulnerable individuals.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Flexibility to work based on the needs of the home, including shifts and sleeps.
A proactive, empathetic approach to care.
Level 3 Children and Young People qualification or equivalent
Full UK driving license
Additional details:
Salary: £32,760 per annum, plus £45 per sleep.
Hourly rate: £15.75, with 40 hours and 2 sleeps per week.
Shift pattern: Based on the needs of the home.
Location: Salford, Manchester
