Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: High Wycombe (On-site)
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This role involves goods receiving, order picking and packing, inventory management, and the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.
Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move and organise stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Requirements:

Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences are essential.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
