The Opportunity

An established and growing engineering business is seeking an experienced Ductwork Fitter to join its installation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on varied projects across the UK, within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality installation work across commercial and industrial sites, including:

Installation of ductwork systems
Ventilation and extraction system fitting
Interpreting and working from engineering drawings
Ensuring all work meets strict health & safety standards
Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard
Liaising with engineering and operations teams to overcome challenges on-site
Supporting or leading small teams where requiredAbout You

We're looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. You should have:

Minimum 5 years' experience in ductwork installation/fitting
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong understanding of tolerances and installation standards
Experience supervising or coordinating site activities (desirable)
Willingness to travel across the UK and stay away when requiredAdditional certifications (advantageous):
