Are you an experienced CIPD level 3 or 5 qualified HR Manager looking for your next role in Portsmouth? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy fast paced firm in Havant.

The role:

This role is responsible for delivering a professional and efficient HR service across a groups of companies, supporting managers with day-to-day people management and ensuring HR processes are applied consistently and in line with best practice.

The role also provides oversight of office management activities, helping to ensure the smooth and effective running of operational and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate:

Experience & Qualifications

* CIPD Level 3–5 (or equivalent)

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.

* Experience handling employee relations cases independently.

* Experience supporting HR processes in a small or medium-sized organisation is desirable.

Knowledge & Skills

Technical Skills

* Good working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

* Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

* Understanding of HR processes including payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.

Behavioural Skills

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
