An exciting opportunity has arisen for a CNC Setter/Operator to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing business. This role offers the chance to work on precision-engineered aerospace components within a supportive and growing environment that invests in employee development, continuous training, and long-term career progression while maintaining exceptional quality and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set and operate a range of CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate production.
Carry out tool changes and machine adjustments as required.
Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet specification.
Work collaboratively within a small manufacturing team to meet production targets.Rate - £17-18 per hour

4-day week - 39hrs
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Death in Service benefit (3x annual salary).
Company pension scheme and health insurance.
