Immediate Start
£30k - £40k Annual
Full-Time
Ready to level up your geo‑career?
Looking for more than just another site logging role? This is your chance to work on genuinely high‑impact projects, grow fast, and join a leading global consultancy that's shaping the future of infrastructure and the environment.
You won't just be part of a team, you'll be part of a world‑class, collaborative network delivering major projects across the UK and beyond. From complex urban redevelopments to critical infrastructure and defence programmes, the work you do here actually matters.

💡 What makes this different?

Career acceleration - Structured development, real responsibility early, and full support towards chartership
Standout projects - Exposure to complex, high-profile schemes across infrastructure, health, defence and education
Flexibility built in
- Hybrid working (~2 days in the office) plus site work-a rare balance in geo roles
Global backing - Access to international expertise and best practice, not just a local team
People-first culture - Supportive, down-to-earth environment where your progression is taken seriously
🛠️ The role (what you'll actually be doing)

As a Geo-environmental Engineer, you'll get hands-on across the full project lifecycle-no pigeonholing here. You'll:

Plan and supervise ground investigations
Be out on site logging, monitoring and managing works
Interpret data and produce high-quality reports
Work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams
Influence real design and risk decisions through your work
✅ What you'll bring

A degree in geology, engineering geology or environmental science
Experience in ground investigation (logging, reporting, monitoring)
A proactive, "get stuck in" attitude and ambition to develop
A full UK driving licence(Extras like CSCS, CAT & Genny, SSSTS are a bonus-but not essential.)
