We are recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Secondary SEN School in Wolverhampton. This rewarding role involves supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviors, helping them build confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
Provide 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
Build strong relationships with students and staff
What We’re Looking For
Previous SEN or behavioural support experience
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
