Management Accountant

A well-established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a qualified Management Accountant to join a collaborative finance function supporting a diverse and complex environment. This is a varied role, working closely with senior stakeholders, providing high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and insight to support decision-making.
Your new role
You'll take ownership of month-end processes, budgeting and forecasting, statutory accounts preparation, and VAT compliance, alongside ongoing process improvement initiatives. The role offers real breadth, including exposure to payroll oversight, audit management, and working across multiple entities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, commercially focused position.
What you'll need to succeed

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified / Part Qualified or equivalent
Strong experience producing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Confident with VAT and statutory reporting
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWhat you'll get in return
