Are you an experienced multiskilled Maintenance Engineer from a food, FMCG or manufacturing background looking to work for a global business where you take ownership of equipment reliability across production sites in Burton and Leicester?

Do you have experience in a maintenance engineering environment and want to work in a company where you are trusted to do your job as an expert in your field and will deliver genuine value across the company?

On offer is a role as the Maintenance Engineering Lead in a Food Manufacturing environment where you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance programme.

This is a hands-on role with a key focus on introducing structure and improving how maintenance is managed across the business.

The role:

Develop and implement a preventative maintenance programme across all sites
Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault-finding and repairs
Maintain and improve a wide range of production equipment including grinders, fillers, forming and clipping machines
Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
Manage and organise spare parts and critical components
Work closely with production teams to minimise disruption
Standardise maintenance practices across sites
Support installation and setup of new equipmentThe person:

Hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving and taking ownership of maintenance systems
