Production Operative

Pertemps are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a local manufacturing company based in North Hykeham, Lincoln. This is a varied role that involves carrying out multiple tasks within a bakery environment, including mixing and baking goods, de-tinning products, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.

This is an exciting chance for someone eager to thrive in a welcoming, friendly and fast paced environment.

What hours will I be working?

Monday to Friday – 6:00 – 2:30pm

How much will I be paid?

You will be paid £12.71 p/h

What will my role be as a Production Operative?

· Working on a fast-paced production line, handling baked goods
· Keeping the workplace tidy and safe
· Working closely in a team to achieve daily production goals
· Promptly reporting any issues to supervisors

What skills and experience do I need?

· Experience in a production or warehouse setting (preferred)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
· Ability to work at a fast pace whilst being dextrous
