Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services
Location: Outskirts of Norwich
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + benefits

The OpportunityWe're delighted to be partnering with a specialist electrical consultancy that has built a reputation for excellence in building services design. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer (5-8 years' experience) to step into a senior role within a supportive, people-first organisation.The consultancy prides itself on its family feel and collaborative culture. What You'll Be Doing

Leading electrical design projects across a variety of building services sectors.
Producing detailed designs, specifications, and technical reports.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other consultants.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development.
Conducting site visits, surveys, and inspections.
Managing project delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Championing sustainable and innovative design solutions.
What We're Looking For

Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
5-8 years' experience in electrical design within building services.
Strong technical knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.Why Apply?
