Firmin Recruit is working with a leading manufacturing client based in Sidcup who is looking for a Workshop/ Electrical Assembly Technician to join their team. Our client has been established for over fifty years and manufactures parts mainly for the pharmaceutical and dentistry industries.
Our client is seeking someone with previous experience in wiring electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm & Friday 8 am to 1 pm.
23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Parking Pension, etc.
The Role:
* Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools
* The successful candidate will need to be able to read technical drawings to determine methods and sequences of assembly
* Previous experience within an electro-mechanical environment is essential
* Nelldorn Dryers Assembly experience is desirable
* Must have the ability to operate in a directed team effort and to be able to work on your own when necessary.
