Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and surpass sales targets
Drive vehicle sales performance and maximise dealership profitability
Maintain an effective customer and sales diary system to ensure high customer engagement levels
Collaborate with the service department to meet customer needs efficiently
Represent the dealership at off-site promotional and sales events
Monitor sales processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance to uphold high standards
Develop strategies to achieve sales growth and enhance team performanceRequirements of a General Sales Manager:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Sales Manager within the automotive industry
Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Demonstrable ability to deliver sales growth and meet targets
Full UK driving licence (provisional licences cannot be considered due to insurance criteria)
Passion for customer service and automotive sales
