Are you an experienced BIM professional ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a forward-thinking environment? My client is seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join their growing team of designers and technical specialists.
As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the implementation, management, and delivery of BIM processes across a range of projects. You’ll lead coordination efforts, drive best practices, and support a collaborative, design-focused studio where innovation and precision are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities for this BIM Manager role:
Lead and manage BIM processes and workflows across multiple projects
Oversee the development and coordination of detailed 3D Revit models
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure seamless model integration
Establish, maintain, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and documentation
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Ensure all models and outputs meet client and industry standards
Monitor project delivery to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and qualityKey Requirements for this BIM Manager role:
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a strong portfolio of delivered projects
In-depth knowledge of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
Proven experience in a BIM leadership or senior technician role
Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
