Are you an experienced MRTPI Chartered Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career? I'm currently working with a highly regarded, market-leading planning consultancy to recruit a Senior Town Planner for their established and growing Birmingham team.

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. You'll be involved in both strategic and development-led planning, providing expert advice and leading on applications and appeals.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing planning applications and appeals
Providing clear, commercially focused planning advice to clients
Preparing high-quality planning reports and supporting documents
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development
Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional growth
Engaging with local authorities and key stakeholders
About You
MRTPI Chartered (essential)
Proven experience in a consultancy or private sector planning role
Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
