Role: Senior Site Engineer
Location: Bacton, Norfolk
Duration:12 months +
Type: Contract

Start: ASAP
Experienced Site Engineer to support a Gas Transmission Asset Health Upgrade Project. This role is ideal for a proactive engineer with strong setting-out, quality assurance, AutoCAD and documentation skills, particularly within live gas or high-risk infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out accurate setting out for civil, mechanical, and pipeline-related works
* Produce, implement, and manage ITPs in line with project and client requirements
* Maintain, update, and control red line drawings throughout the construction phase
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards
* Complete and manage quality assurance documentation, including check sheets, inspection records, and as-built information
* Liaise with site management, designers, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries
* Competent in setting out using GPS / total station equipment (Own survey equipment required)
* Competent in using AUTOCAD and producing required survey drawings
Qualifications
* HNC / HND / Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
* Valid CSCS card (essential)
* EUSR - SHEA Gas is required to work on site
