Salary- Cira £49,000 per annum + £10,000 Bonus per annum, paid quarterly and Benefits!

We are partnering with a reputable and well-established children's home based in the heart of Milton Keynes, dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with EBD. The 3-bed children's home is a place where every child's potential is recognised and nurtured, and we are looking for a dynamic Registered Manager to lead the team and drive the highest standards of care.

The Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of the children. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing strong leadership and guidance to a dedicated team of care professionals.

* Ensuring the home meets and exceeds all regulatory and quality standards.

* Building positive relationships with children, their families, and external stakeholders.

* Overseeing the day-to-day operations, including budget management.

* Championing a culture of respect, dignity, and empowerment for all residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent.

* Proven experience in a leadership role within a children's home setting.

* A deep understanding of the unique needs of children with learning disabilities.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Dedication to promoting the welfare and development of every child.
