ROLE TITLE: Duty Technician

LOCATION: Hursley - 4 days on 4 days off - 7am to 7pm / 7pm to 7am rotaing shifts

CLEARANCE: The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance.

SALARY: £41,000 per annum

We are actively looking to secure a Duty Technician to join Experis.

Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. Job Purpose/The Role:

The Duty Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our supply chain processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle various tasks related to inventory management, equipment maintenance, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of supply chain principles.

Required Skills:

To handle incoming technical support incidents, requests and changes.
Management of personal call queue, ensuring calls are closed in a timely fashion.
Provide updates and ensure ongoing customer communication is maintained.
Resolution of calls ranging from simple password resets to complex server queries.
Escalation of calls to 3rd Line Team as necessary.
To work as part of a close-knit and highly skilled team of Engineers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work with other internal teams (3rd Line Technical Delivery Teams, Development, Projects, etc.)
Perform software builds/re-builds on PCs and laptops as required.
Fix hardware faults and install upgrades to client hardware.Benefits Include:
