CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Building Fabric Technician based at our client site in Uxbridge.

The position is created to self-perform the basic maintenance tasks under the contract and to carry out reactive works under the General Duties remit.

What You'll Do:

Daily inspections to all areas of the site
Carry out a wide variety of planned and reactive works
Minor plumbing and building fabric repairs
Painting
Legionella Awareness Training (L8) (training can be provided)
Using the CBRE IFM System to manage all Work Orders and planned maintenance records
Timely completion of SSR's raised by client following site tours/inspections
Support and schedule to manage 3rd party contractors
Keep Logbooks and eLogbook's up to date with up-to-date documentation
Support to the site team
Support site with event set ups including meeting rooms changes, huddles etc
Any other tasks within the individual's capabilities
Communicate effectively with onsite staff when carrying out tasks to ensure minimal disruption
Support the FM with other ad hoc tasks
Undertake Fire Warden & First Aider duties (training can be provided)
Act as cover for the FM during Sickness and Annual Leave
Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance as directed
Adhere to KPI completion standards with regards SLA's
Work within Health & Safety guidelines.
A team player and able to communicate at team and customer level.
Deliver maintenance under our estabished processes.
Participate in training, attend and input at team meetings.
Complete incident reports and where required back up reports.
Provide emergency call out duties if required.
Respond to alarms or user requests.
Ability and willingness to respond to all requests
Focus on high customer satisfaction within service level targets.
Follow all CBRE Policies, Procedures and RISE Values.

What You'll Need:

· Proven fault finding ability with a view to minimising downtime.

· Working on continuous improvements / project work.

· Experience of basic building fabric repairs to include plumbing, building, joinery and painting and decorating

· Sound knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality

· Organisational and planning skills to enable weekly labour planning

· Strong verbal communication skills

· High customer focus
