Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Class 2 Drivers / Road Surfacing Operatives for a temporary project based in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for immediate work. No previous road surfacing experience is required – all you need is a valid Class 2 licence and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Working as part of a road surfacing crew.
* Following the tar spraying vehicle and applying fine stone/dust to freshly sprayed road surfaces.
* Assisting with general road surfacing and maintenance duties.
* Following all site health and safety procedures.
* Working efficiently as part of an experienced team.
Requirements
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence.
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
* Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* No previous experience required.
Working Pattern
* 12 days on, 2 days off.
* Working the same rota as the existing team.
* Opportunity to work consistent hours throughout the assignment.
