The Company

Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Account Management Graduate.

The Role

* You will act as the primary link between the business, clients and the manufacturing function.

* Always maintaining client satisfaction.

* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and solving operational challenges.

* Identifying opportunities to expand the client's products use with the account.

* Assisting in planning and scheduling of work for the company.

* Create customized account plans, monitoring budgets and tracking KPI’s to align with business objectives.

The Person

* Will ideally be degree qualified in a related field.

* Previous engineering or manufacturing beneficial though not essential.

* Will have good planning skills.

* You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.

* Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
