Copello are recruiting for an experienced Production Planning & Control Lead to establish and lead the planning function within a rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing environment in Swindon.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in production planning and control within a regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, or medical devices.
Experience supporting major growth programmes, new facility launches, or significant operational transformations would be highly advantageous.
Key requirements include:

Extensive production planning, scheduling, and capacity planning experience
*
Strong ERP/MES systems knowledge and master data management skills
*
Experience managing WIP, production performance, and delivery metrics
*
Proven leadership capability within manufacturing operations
*
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
*
Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
