Location: Southampton – mobile role (city wide)
Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.15pm (37hrs per week)
Pay: £29.96ph paid weekly via umbrella – no CIS/LTD
Duration: Initial 12 month contract however will likely be kept ongoing after this period
Duties
Our client are seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Surveyor to lead and coordinate damp and mould-related maintenance, and improvement works across our estates. This is a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, healthy, and compliant environments for residents and staff.
You will manage a portfolio of minor works projects, with a strong focus on specifying, and delivering remedial works to address damp, mould, and condensation issues. Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; DRI surveys, CDM compliance, health and safety management, project programming, project finance, project delivery and scheduling of resources to suit the demand
