We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Technician to join a growing manufacturing and production team based in Speke. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing who would require full training and development, with clear progression into more advanced production and assembly processes.
Working alongside experienced operators and under the guidance of the production supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to efficient output.
Duties Include:
Assisting with basic assembly and production tasks
Supporting the packing and preparation of finished goods
Preparing materials and components for production use
Carrying out quality checks on completed items
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Following production instructions and standard operating procedures
Supporting the wider production team as required
Learning and progressing through structured in-house training
Eventually progressing into full manufacturing processes once trainedWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in production, warehouse, workshop, or assembly work (not essential)
A strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
Good attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused attitude
Comfortable with repetitive and physically active tasks
