Motorcycle Technician
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
MOT Licence: Ideally required (or willingness to work towards it)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our busy and well-established dealership. You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of motorcycles across a wide range of makes and models.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced workshop, requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on all makes of motorcycles
Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs (including PDI checks, tyres, brakes, oil changes, clutch work, and accessory installations)
Conduct road tests to ensure correct operation and safety after service or repair
Complete accurate job cards and service documentation
Identify and report additional work or faults to service advisors or management
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards and within allocated times
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Provide a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfactionAbout You
Proven experience as a motorcycle or automotive technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
MOT licence (preferred/ideally required)
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a busy workshop
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
