Vibe Recruit is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to join a well-established global healthcare organisation based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced call centre environment and providing professional support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide first-line customer service and technical support to healthcare professionals, patients, field personnel, and internal departments.
Accurately document all customer interactions using clear and detailed notes.
Prepare and process Field Contact Reports (FCRs) in line with company procedures.
Escalate product complaints and adverse events following established processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, attendance standards, and data privacy requirements.
Maintain a positive, professional approach when communicating with customers and colleagues.
Work effectively within a supportive team while managing your workload efficiently.
Seek guidance from your supervisor when handling tasks outside your usual responsibilities.About You
We're looking for candidates who have:
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Confidence speaking with customers and resolving enquiries professionally.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
Good organisational and time management abilities.
Experience using computer systems and analytical software.
The ability to work well within a team in a busy and changing environment.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.What's on Offer
Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am - 4:00pm)
No weekend working
