Commercial Plumber

Regen Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems within social housing properties across Bradford and the wider Yorkshire region.

This is a long-term role working on schools, communal plant rooms, apartment blocks and other social housing assets, ensuring heating and hot water systems are maintained to a high standard.

The Role

Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial heating systems.
Fault finding and repairs on heating pipework and plant.
Replacing pumps, valves, expansion vessels, pressurisation units and associated equipment.
Servicing and maintaining commercial plant rooms.
Working across occupied and communal social housing properties.What We're Looking For

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent).
Experience working on commercial heating systems.
Previous social housing or maintenance experience is desirable.
Full UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.What's on Offer
